This privacy policy sets out how Olivia McArthur Dietitian uses and protects any information that you give when you use our website. In this policy, the words “we”, “our”, “us” and “website” refer to www.omdietitian.com. We are committed to the protection of your privacy. Our aim is to provide an online environment that will ensure the information you provide to us, is handled in a secure and confidential manner.

By accessing our Website you accept the terms and conditions of its use, including consent to the collection and use of your personal information and our right to make amendments to this statement from time to time. We encourage you to regularly review this statement to inform yourself of any amendments.

Information Collection and Storage

Personal Information
As a visitor to our site you may be asked to submit personal details about yourself by email or online form. The information you submit or send electronically is received by us and stored in the database. In sending us an email, completing an online form, contacting us through our social networking services such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn,  you accept that you have granted us consent to use any personal information within our organisation for the purposes we prescribe including responding to your queries, re-publishing information on our site, and compilation of our databases and research for marketing purposes.

Order and Billing Information
When you wish to purchase a product or service from Olivia McArthur, you will be required to provide certain information. Such information may include a your personal information, contact details, debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes, and similar information. Such information is collectively called the Order and Billing Information. Although we will have access to Order and Billing Information, it will also be collected and processed by our third-party payment vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use.

From Other Sources
We may also collect or receive information from third parties, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and/or other third-party social media sites. When You sign up to join the nutrition bootcamp you will be linked to a private Nutrition Bootcamp Facebook group. This is the main portal for communication over the 6 weeks. It is a silent group so all you would need is a profile so I can add you into the group for the 6 weeks, then you can delete it once the bootcamp is finished.  Facebook is identified as an external site which is not operated by us and has its own Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions which we strongly advise you to review. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites, products or services.

Information usage and storage

We may pass on your depersonalised information in a statistical or demographic form to third parties. We do not not submit personal information to third parties, however, if requested we will seek your consent prior to submitting personal information where practicable, unless required by law.

We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include providing technical assistance, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing assistance. These other companies will have access to the Information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law.

We may use the information you provide to send you e-newsletters outlining news, services or events. If you do not wish to receive any marketing material from us or be entered on the emailing list, please click the unsubscribe link in the email communication.

We reserve the right to modify, collate, edit or track personal information in order to improve our services to you or if required by law.

Whilst we will take all due care in protecting the security, confidentiality, and privacy of the information submitted by you, we cannot guarantee that our systems will be completely free from third party interception or damage to information transmitted by email. If you have submitted details about yourself to us, you are entitled to access the information which is subsequently handled by us within our organisation.

We encourage you to contact us to update any of your details or to correct any inaccuracies which may have inadvertently been recorded by us.
